This is my weight loss goal ticker. (*GASP* yes I am sharing my weight! I'm not ashamed!) My original weight loss goal was to get down to 135 because that was what I weighed before I had Hannah. But then I thought...what is the fun in that? I want to weight LESS than that before we have a second kid. Might seem pointless to lose weight before gaining weight being pregnant, but if I can get down to 130 I think it will be even easier for me to bounce back and lose weight after our second.
After plugging in all of my info into the website, here are my suggested nutritional and fitness goals:
The website lets you track calories by plugging in the food you eat. And it lets you track how many calories you've burned from exercising. It's pretty cool. Obviously the calories they list for some foods might not be completely accurate so you've got to take that into consideration. But this really lets you see how much you eat in a day compared to how much you should be eating to lose weight.
I plugged everything in for today and ended up 244 calories over my daily limit.
So obviously I'm hoping this website will help me reach my goal, but ultimately any weight I loose is a step in the right direction. :o)

ReplyDeleteThat is really cool! I think I am going to try that. I have done WW and it has worked good for me, but if this is FREE, you can't beat that. And posting your weight isn't a bad thing, if anything, it might help keep you accountable for your weight loss and help keep you focused. :)
