as a food coach I can tell you it's best to eat things which contain as much protein as possible and as few carbs as possible. :o)
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to arrange because most food contains a lot of carbs and few protein.... but people who manage to eat like that usually don't have weight problems and lose weight easily :o))
