Thanksgiving for both my mom's side and my dad's side is less than 3 weeks away (on the 21st and 22nd respectively). For my mom's side, I need to make a pasta dish. I have been searching marthastewart.com for something that is Thanksgiving appropriate. I kind of want to make a warm pasta dish but that has made the search a little more difficult.
Here is what I have found so far:
Pumpkin Thyme Rigatoni
Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower, Parsley, and Breadcrumbs
Rigatoni with Roasted Pumpkin and Goat Cheese
Lemony Tortellini with Peas and Prosciutto
What do you think? Which one should I make? I'm not a fan of pumpkin but those recipes sounded good for thanksgiving. Or maybe going with one of the other ones would be better???

Ooooo, I saw the cauliflower one in the Martha magazine and I wanted to give it a try too. So I vote that one. :o)
