I am making the following:
APPETIZERS
1. Peanuts and M&Ms for the paper cones
2. Vegetable Tray
3. Meatballs
4. Pizza Fondue
1/2 pound italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
2 jars meatless pasta sauce
4 ounces thinly sliced ham, finely chopped
1 package pepperoni, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
1 pound cubed mozzarella
1 loaf cubed french bread
Cook sausage and onion in large skillet until sausage is browned. Drain.
Transfer sausage mixture to slow cooker. Stir in pasta sauce, ham, pepperoni, and pepper flakes. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
Serve sauce with cheese cubes and bread cubes.
MAIN DISHES
1. Cheeseburger Bites
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
8 ounces cubed american cheese
24 miniature buns
Cook beef in skillet over medium/high heat about 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in ketchup, onion and mustard.
Spray 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon beef mixture into cooker. Top with cheese.
Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
Serve beef mixture on buns.
Makes 24 miniature sandwiches.
2. Teriyaki BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
2 packages (20 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 envelope stir-fry mix
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
24 miniature buns
Place chicken in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. Mix dry seasoning mix, ketchup and stir-fry sauce; pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut and chicken is tender.
Pull chicken into shreds using two forks. Stir well to mix chicken with sauce.
Serve chicken mixture on buns.
Makes 24 miniature sandwiches.
SIDE DISHES

4 strips of bacon
1 large sweet onion, thinly chopped
6 ounces macaroni
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 to 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 cup half-and-half
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels; crumble. Reserve drippings in skillet.
Cook onion in drippings for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Set aside.
Cook macaroni. Drain; place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add crumbled bacon, onion, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, half-and-half, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Stir gently. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bak another 10 minutes or until top of casserole is brown and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
