Easter 2013

Earlier last week we started off Easter by coloring some eggs! The kiddos both did a really nice job! :o)

Then, Easter weekend was busy busy for us! It was really the first nice weekend we have had weather-wise since last Fall so we took advantage of it!

Friday, we took the kiddos to Brookfield Zoo. We had a blast! Blog post about that coming later this week!

Saturday, Nick and I did some diy's around the house and some yardwork while the kiddos ran around in the front yard playing. Then, I took the kiddos to my parents house because the Easter bunny stopped by early over there! :oP

Then Sunday was obviously Easter. The Easter bunny paid a visit to our house in the morning and then to Nick's parents in the afternoon.

After Easter baskets we headed to my grandparents house where they had an egg hunt for the little kids.

So, it was definitely a busy but fun filled weekend and this coming weekend is supposed to be even nicer in the weather department! Nick and I have plans on moving some plants and then we are going to another Easter for my mom's side.
