Easter Eggs

Last week we colored Easter eggs.

I was really wanting to try the Kool-aid coloring technique that was all over Pinterest but I just bought a couple Paas egg coloring kits from Target instead. Would it have been just as easy to buy the kool-aid? Yes...I'm not sure why I didn't. :o/ All I can say is that next year, I'm all over the Kool-aid. ALL over it! :o)

Nick and I are very excited about the impending arrival of our niece! Nick's sister is due with a little baby girl on May 12th.

She will be Hannah and Colson's first cousin--by blood anyways; because I consider my bestie's daughter my niece, and Hannah and Colson's cousin, as well. :oP

But this past Saturday the grandma's threw Nick's sister a baby shower. I helped a bit by making the shower invites and some cookies. It turned out beautiful and I think the momma-to-be had a really nice time!
