9 Weeks

How far along? 9 weeks

Weight gain? Maybe a pound, maybe nothing. I don't know, my scale is broken.

Sleep? It was better this week but I still got up to pee about 4 times a night.

Best moment this week? Making it another week. Keep growing little one!

Food cravings? Fudge Popsicles. Yum!

What I miss. Feeling normal. I'm still fighting the queasiness. Hopefully I'll feel normal again very soon.

What I'm looking forward to. August! Come on 12 weeks!

What I love about being pregnant this week. That I am actually pregnant! :o)

Milestones? Baby has arms and legs and is now the size of a grape.

Things I'm Loving

In no specific order:

1.  Fudge Popsicles. I saw them at the grocery store yesterday and I had to get them. But they're low fat and only 60 calories so I don't feel too bad about getting them! :oP

2.  This dress from Etsy. I think I might buy this pattern to make a dress for Hannah.

3.  Hannah's new Crocs. I love them. They are so cute!

4.  Bagels with cream cheese or bagels with an egg and a piece of cheese. It makes me feel not so much like crap after I wake up.

5.  This baby cocoon.  I think I might make this for Baby #2. :o)

6.  My maternity capris. While I don't need them quite yet, they sure are comfy as all get-up. Gotta love elastic waists! :oP Plus, I figured I might as well wear them now otherwise they'll just stay packed away in a box. I need to get my moneys worth! :oP

Great Weekend!

We had a great 4th of July weekend here at the Loving home.

My bestie, Sara and her husband came up for the weekend. Saturday we headed to the Taste of Chicago. It was super hot and super crowded. I had to sit down a few times because I wasn't feeling too well, but all in all it was a good time.

On Sunday we headed to the outlet mall. What would be a weekend together without going to a mall!? :oP Again, it was very hot. We knew the stores we were going to and headed to those and then left. We got some good deals though! Gotta love the holiday sidewalk sale they were having! :o) That evening we headed over to Nick's parents house for a cookout and Nick took Hannah swimming for a bit. Then we came back home and enjoyed eating s'mores but the fire pit and watched the fireworks.

Monday, Sara and Erin headed back home. :o( I hope they enjoyed their weekend as much as we did! It was great that they were able to come up to visit. I wish I could make the drive to see them more often but with Hannah and now new baby in-tow, that 6 hours drive is a little long. But Sara and I agreed that we will have to meet up in Indy very soon! :o)

I didn't take any photos this past weekend. (I know, shame on me) But I included a few that Nick's mom took.

I hope everyone had a great weekend, as well!

8 Weeks

How far along? 8 weeks

Weight gain? None

Sleep? I toss and turn pretty much all night which is weird because  I can barely keep my eyes open by 7 o'clock. You'd think I'd sleep like a log, but nope!

Best moment this week? Last Friday we saw our baby for the first time. I never got an early ultrasound with Hannah so this was extra special. We also saw the little heart flickering away! It was beautiful.

Food cravings? I have been wanting bagels so I bought a bag last week. Yum! Other than that, nothing too specific. I'm just hungry all the time.

What I miss. Coke, of course! And not feeling queasy and dizzy everyday.

What I'm looking forward to. Making it to 12 weeks and having everything still be okay with our little peanut. Next appointment is Aug 9th so I'll be one day shy of 13 weeks. I also can't wait until Hannah understands that she is going to be a big sis. Right now we tell her there is a baby I mommy's tummy but she doesn't quite get it yet. Although she did kiss my tummy the other day. So cute!

What I love about being pregnant this week. Knowing that our little peanut is okay and growing bigger everyday.

Milestones? Saw baby's heartbeat!

**When I get further along and I actually start to get a little bump, I will post pics! It will be fun to compare this pregnancy with my pregnancy with Hannah. I'm sure I'll start showing a lot sooner that 14-16 weeks this time!**
